• Booking data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, pickup and drop-off points (hotel or address), dates and times, number of passengers and luggage, airline and flight number, comments and special requests.
• Payment data: payments are processed by providers such as PayPal. We receive the payment confirmation, amount and reference, but not your full card number.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or the contact form.
• Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and how you arrived at the website (for example from a Google ad), collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use your data

• To manage and provide the service you booked: confirmations, invoices, assigning the driver and vehicle, tracking your flight and contacting you about your transfer (legal basis: performance of the contract).
• To process payments, refunds and meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal basis: contract and legal obligation).
• To answer your questions and requests (legal basis: your request / legitimate interest).
• To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and spam, for example with Google reCAPTCHA (legal basis: legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

• The driver or guide assigned to your service (only the data needed to provide it: name, phone, pickup point, flight).
• Payment providers (such as PayPal) to process your payment.
• Technology providers that host this website, our booking management system and email on our behalf.
• Google (Analytics, Ads, reCAPTCHA) for statistics, advertising measurement and security, according to your cookie choices.
• Public authorities when required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside the Dominican Republic (for example in the United States). In those cases we rely on providers that offer adequate safeguards for your data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and handle any claims, and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax law. Browsing data is kept according to the durations listed in our Cookie Policy.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, request a copy of it (portability) and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
